Shipping Policy

Order processing. Orders submitted by 2 PM Central Time on a business day enter our system the same afternoon and usually leave the warehouse within one to two business days. Custom-made items may require three to five business days. Any order placed after the 2 PM cut-off, on a weekend, or on a U.S. holiday begins processing the next business day.

Domestic delivery. We currently ship throughout the United States using Fedex Ground, USPS Priority and DHL Ground for standard service, with Fedex 2-Day Air available at live rates for faster delivery. Standard parcels normally arrive five to seven business days after dispatch. A flat fee of $5 applies to standard shipping unless your cart subtotal reaches $100, in which case shipping is free. All other rates are calculated at checkout.

International delivery. We serve Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and select Asian markets. Parcels typically arrive in seven to fourteen business days, although remote areas may take longer. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, shipments travel “DDU,” meaning local duties and taxes are collected by the carrier on delivery. EU and UK customers retain the statutory fourteen-day “cooling-off” period.

Tracking and delivery issues. When a label is created you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS. If a carrier shows a package as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please notify us within seven days of the scan so we can file a claim.

Exceptions. Expedited and express services cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Certain oversized or restricted items, such as battery-powered swing aids, may have additional carrier constraints; any product affected will display a notice on its page.

Returns & Exchanges

Return window. Stock, non-custom merchandise may be returned within thirty days of delivery if shipped within the United States or within forty-five days for international customers. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Items that cannot be returned. Personalized or custom-embroidered products, gift cards, and clearance items marked “final sale” are ineligible for return or refund. We also reserve the right to refuse any item that shows signs of use or damage.

Initiating a return. To begin, email store@headsup.golf with your order number, the SKU in question, and a brief reason for the return. U.S. customers receive a prepaid label; international customers receive instructions for the most economical return route. You have seven days from receipt of the label to place the parcel in the mail. Once our warehouse confirms the item is in resaleable condition, we refund the original payment method within five to seven business days.

Exchanges. The quickest way to swap an item is to place a new order and return the original. We do, however, offer one complimentary size exchange on headcovers or apparel; simply request the prepaid label when you write to us.

Damages and warranty claims. Please inspect your shipment on arrival. Report carrier damage or manufacturing defects within seventy-two hours, attaching clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Manufacturing defects reported within sixty days of delivery qualify for the same remedy.

Refund timing. If a refund does not appear ten business days after you receive our confirmation, first check with your card issuer; then reach out to support@headsup.golf so we can investigate.
